🐾 KR Cavoodles – Terms & Conditions of Sale 🐾
Effective for all puppies purchased from KR Cavoodles
1. General Agreement
By purchasing a puppy from KR Cavoodles, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply from the time a deposit is placed or a purchase is confirmed.
2. Puppy Selection & Temperament
- KR Cavoodles will assist the buyer in selecting a puppy suited to their needs and lifestyle. However, no guarantees can be made regarding adult temperament, size, coat type, colour, or personality, as these are influenced by both genetics and environment.
- We encourage open communication to help match you with the most appropriate puppy.
3. Health Guarantee
- All puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and wormed before leaving KR Cavoodles.
- The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery to validate the health guarantee.
- We offer a Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee, outlined in a separate document, against serious hereditary conditions.
4. Desexing & Breeding
- Puppies are sold as companion animals only, not for breeding purposes, unless specifically agreed in writing.
- If the puppy is not desexed prior to sale, the buyer agrees to have the dog desexed by 6–12 months of age, unless medical reasons delay the procedure (with vet documentation).
- Breeding without written permission may void all guarantees and legal action may be taken if terms are breached.
5. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit secures your selected puppy and will be deducted from the final purchase price.
- Full payment is due prior to pickup or transport.
- Puppies will not leave our premises or be placed on transport until full payment has cleared.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods approved by KR Cavoodles.
- If the buyer cancels the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- If the buyer cannot keep the puppy, KR Cavoodles must be contacted first. We will assist in rehoming where possible, but no guarantee of refund or replacement is made unless it meets the health guarantee criteria.
7. Pickup & Transport
- Puppies must be collected on the agreed pickup date unless prior arrangements are made.
- Delivery can be arranged and may be at an additional cost.
- While we take every care in organising transport, KR Cavoodles is not liable for injury, delay, or stress resulting from third-party transit services.
- We take great care to ensure that all transport providers selected maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and professionalism.
8. Ongoing Care
- The buyer agrees to provide the puppy with adequate shelter, nutrition, exercise, grooming, medical care, training, and affection throughout its life.
- If the dog is found to be neglected, abused, or surrendered to a shelter, KR Cavoodles reserves the right to take legal action and/or reclaim the dog without refund.
- KR Cavoodles offers lifetime support for your puppy — including guidance with feeding, grooming, training, and behavioural concerns. We’re here for the long haul to help you and your pup thrive together.
9. Limitation of Liability
- KR Cavoodles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising after the puppy leaves our care.
- Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the dog.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
11. Agreement
By placing a deposit or completing a puppy purchase from KR Cavoodles, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
