🐾 KR Cavoodles – Refunds and Returns Policy 🐾
Effective for all puppies purchased from KR Cavoodles
1. General Agreement
By purchasing a puppy from KR Cavoodles, the buyer agrees to the following refund and returns policy. These terms are legally binding and apply from the time a deposit is placed or a purchase is confirmed.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit secures your selected puppy and will be deducted from the final purchase price.
- Full payment is due prior to pickup or transport.
- Puppies will not leave our premises or be placed on transport until full payment has cleared.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods approved by KR Cavoodles.
- If the buyer cancels the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Returns & Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- If the buyer cannot keep the puppy, KR Cavoodles must be contacted first. We will assist in rehoming where possible, but no guarantee of refund or replacement is made unless it meets the health guarantee criteria and / or a suitable replacement home can be found.
- You are responsible for all costs of return transport.
- Deposit is non refundable
4. Ongoing Care
- The buyer agrees to provide the puppy with adequate shelter, nutrition, exercise, grooming, medical care, training, and affection throughout its life.
- If the dog is found to be neglected, abused, or surrendered to a shelter, KR Cavoodles reserves the right to take legal action and/or reclaim the dog without refund. Neglect can include failure to provide proper housing and attention.
- KR Cavoodles offers lifetime support for your puppy — including guidance with feeding, grooming, training, and behavioural concerns. We’re here for the long haul to help you and your pup thrive together.
5. Limitation of Liability
- KR Cavoodles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising after the puppy leaves our care.
- Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the dog.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
7. Agreement
By placing a deposit or completing a puppy purchase from KR Cavoodles, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund and Return Policy.
